2012 X5 35d with 120k miles. Original owner and overall rock solid SUV. CEL came on and through the following code on CreoDor C310: 00 01 48 73 No Found! On the display the numbers are separated by commas. I did a bunch of google searches but only found a reference to this code back in 2016 but the thread died without any results.

Use a EGR or Carburetor Cleaner to spray the valve and hoses. Reconnect the battery. STEP 4: EGR Valves are made up of various hoses along with the valve. You will want to spray all it it thoroughly and use a suitable brush to remove tough residue. Do NOT spray the electrical sensors with the cleaner.
iTrader: ( 0) chrissy: If the EGR is mapped out, the cooler is redundant. But to remove it you need to blank off the connections at each end, and also the coolant lines. I think the coolant blanks you need are 18mm. The exhaust manifold blank can be purchased on ebay, as can a replacement for the EGR valve on the intake.
