So far I've replaced the rear disc as the bobbins wore out, and that's about it. On my third set of chain and sprockets, lost count of pads and tyres. I put an Oberon slave on. I'd had no problems with the original but replaced it as a precaution before a 4000 mile trip to Scotland.
Clutch Pressure Problems. If you're having trouble shifting gears on your KTM 1290 Super Adventure, it could be a sign of a clutch pressure problem. Last few days I've had issues with pressing the ignition button and nothing happening, all i've been getting is a flashing orange light on the left hand side bottom of the screen. I've had to keep pressing the switch and eventually the screen lights up, I did get a message I will show here my modifications in KTM 1290 SAS. Curious, I watched this man's video. You can find many add-ons on AliExperss. If there's lots that may support low compression (but not due to valves). Hard starting is also a sign of tight valves. A recent dirt bike I worked on had that problem and a valve adjustment fixed it. Then there's a fuel filter, fuel pump or pinched or shut off fuel line to consider. I'd start there first. xxdaY.
